Performance Monitoring

We have a pro-active management approach to service delivery and monitoring. Our service managers are out in the field - not sat behind a desk or only available at the end of a phone. Regular scheduled on-site meetings with both client and staff ensure that any potential service delivery issues are dealt with first hand. In addition we provide a two way on-site communication book and carry out formal quality audit walk-rounds with clients. A copy of these reports are left on-site with the client, a copy provided to our operational staff and a further copy filed as part of our quality monitoring procedures.
